TERMS & CONDITIONS: Last Updated 2/15/2008 Greetings! All items are new and and not reconditioned or refurbished unless explicitly stated. SHIPPING: All items will normally ship the same day (Mon-Friday) if the order is placed by 2PM EST. Special conditions, such as incliment weather, holidays and other uncontrollable situations may delay orders. We try to ship all orders the same day, but some orders placed AFTER 2PM may not ship the next business day. We will strive to ship the same day if possible. UPS delivers Mon-Friday. UPS has a special option for Saturday Deliveries, but our system will not process this. You must call and place the order with our customer service by calling 703 591-7070. Acme Distributors reserves the right to change carriers to accomodate the fastest available shipping method and may change orders to use any delivery service of our choice. We do not ship USPS as a standard practice on Domestic Continental USA orders, but try to facilitate this on a case by case basis. HI, AK, PR and USVI all ship USPS regardless of selection except for overnight air. International orders will ship USPS Priority Mail. It may take up to 2 days to ship. A precise delivery date is impossible to determine because of foreign postal services and delays in customs. ERRORS OR MISTAKES ON ORDER SHIPMENTS: In the unlikely event that an order was shipped incorrectly, Acme Distributors will correct it immediately upon notification. We will pay shipping to send orders back, and/or will pay shipping to send correct items out. Shipping on these orders will be the same as the original shipping selected. If you need an item that was omitted by mistake faster than the original form of shipping, you have the option to pay the difference between the lesser and more expensive shipping cost at your descretion. RETURNS: We gladly accept returns on items you don't want for any reason for up to 30 days after your purchase date. You must have an RMA Number to return, or your package will not be accepted. Once you get an RMA #, you can return it, at your expense and we will credit the item price only. We do not refund shipping costs. We do not accept returns after 30 days. On items AcmeDistributors.com ships an item in error, we will replace with the correct item at no cost and pay for return shipping. On warranty items: Our items have a one year warranty. We will repair or replace the broken part at our option, and ship back your item at no charge. It is your responsibility to ship the defective item back to us at your expense.
